Cafeteria Prepayments

BBCHS will be switching to a prepayment program for your student’s meal purchases – in the cafeteria. Your student’s ID will serve as a debit card.

There are three methods to set up or add to a prepayment account:

CASH – By simply paying the cafeteria cashier additional cash over and above the amount of the purchase.  BBCHS holds the change on your account. (No change given back to students)

CHECK – By presenting a check payable to BBCHS to the cafeteria office before school or the main office before 9:30 AM.  The prepayment amount will not be available until the next school day.  A return check fee will be added to all returned checks.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD – By clicking on the myLunchMoney.com icon below.  This secured website will accept credit or debit cards for prepayment amounts.  A “smart-pay” option is available to automatically replenish your student’s account if the balance falls below a specified level.  A 7-day meal history will be available for you to review your student’s purchases.  THERE IS A $1.95 SERVICE FEE ON EACH TRANSACTION.

End of year refunds:  This must be requested in writing by the parent/guardian and a check will be sent to the home address on record.  This is only available to graduating seniors and students not returning to our district.   A $5 (Five) charge will be subtracted from the remaining balance.  Balances may be transferred to another family member.
