The Coaching Staff would like to welcome you to the 2009 BBCHS boys soccer season! We are very excited about the 2009 season and believe we will rise to the the challenges that are ahead by working together as a team. The coaching staff emphasizes that while we believe in the importance and value of extra-curricular activities such as soccer, we stress that family and academics should come first.

Freshman Level - There will be no cuts at the freshman level. The goal of the freshman team player is development. Emphasis will be placed on passing, shooting, defending, and dribbling. In addition, the team concepts will be introduced. All freshman will play at this level.

Sophomore Level- The goal of the sophomore team is to continue player development, while developing more complex team tactics. Player's roles within a system of play will be emphasized. Playing time is not guaranteed. The sophomore team will compete in tournaments and for a conference title.

Varsity Level- The goal of the varsity team is to continue with player development with an emphasis on team defense, team offense, movement on and of the ball, quickness of play, and complex team tactics. Team success and individual success is a priority at the varsity level. The varsity team will be competing for a conference title as well as the Pepsi Showdown, our own BBCHS tournament, and the Regional/Sectional/State tournament series.
