Health Fitness Club

Our health fitness club is designed to assist our students in improving their physical condition.  The health fitness club activities are offered every other day.  Currently the classes rotate through the following fitness activities:  cardio room, spinning, body pump, or run/walk. 

**The Cardio Room, Spinning and Run/Walk are designed to improve the student's cardiovascular endurance. 

**Body pump is designed to improve the student's muscular endurance.
